Opportunities — Ampyre Group. Selected pathways to engage with Ampyre across investment, strategic partnerships, advisory participation, and execution-led client engagements through Ampyre Collective.

Opportunities · Four pathways

Ampyre engages selectively with institutions, partners, advisors, and clients whose interests align with the Group's long-term platform strategy. Four curated pathways — one founder's office.

01
A Platform with Multiple Points of Entry

Ampyre is not a single-product company. Through its three connected platforms — Finance, Ventures, and Collective — the Group offers four distinct pathways for engagement.

Whether through capital, strategic collaboration, advisory participation, or specialist execution, the underlying proposition is the same: access to a cross-border platform combining infrastructure, strategic participation, and capability.

Each pathway is selective. The sections below describe what the Group engages on, what counterparts typically look like, and how the conversation begins.

02 · What the Group Looks For

Four filters.
Used in every conversation.

Selection is not arbitrary. Before an introduction becomes an engagement, the Group applies four filters — disclosed in advance, because they save everyone's time.

01

Strategic alignment

The engagement creates mutual value beyond the transaction — a platform, a market, a relationship, or a long-term position that compounds. One-off commercial work is handled through Ampyre Collective, not the Group.

02

Long-horizon posture

Ampyre operates across cycles, not quarters. Engagements are structured for multi-year relevance — counterparts with short-horizon mandates rarely align with the Group's structural pace.

03

Cross-border relevance

The Group's advantage is its reach across Asia, MENA, Latin America, and Europe. Engagements where cross-border infrastructure, counterparties, or corridors matter are where Ampyre is most useful.

04

Aligned upside

Participation is structured so both sides benefit from the same outcome. The Group prefers structures where ownership, positioning, or execution — not just fees — create the alignment.

Pathway I
01

For Investors.

Group-Level Exposure · Co-Investment Access

Exposure to a platform that combines financial infrastructure, strategic participation, and execution capability within one coherent structure.

Depending on context, investor participation may take place at the Group level — or alongside the Group in selected holdings, ventures, partnerships, and opportunities where Ampyre has ownership, influence, or execution relevance. The Group engages investors whose horizons match its own.

Structure A

Group-level participation

Exposure to Ampyre Group itself — the holding structure, the three connected platforms, and the compounding value created across Finance, Ventures, and Collective.

Structure B

Co-investment alongside

Participation in selected opportunities where the Group holds strategic relevance — ventures, JVs, infrastructure deployments, and special situations — on aligned terms.

Pathway II
02

For Partners.

Joint Ventures · Market Access · Platform Collaboration

A select group of strategic partners across infrastructure, finance, business development, market access, and platform expansion — where commercial alignment can create mutual long-term value.

The Group's cross-border model allows it to participate in opportunities where institutional reach, strategic positioning, or execution capability meet partner capability on the other side of the table. Partnerships are built for duration, not for deal count.

Partnership Types
Type 01

Joint Ventures & Commercial Partnerships

Structured ventures combining Ampyre's infrastructure and execution capability with partner capital, relationships, or market position — typically at regional or corridor level.

Type 02

Market Access & Regional Expansion

Cross-border expansion partnerships where Ampyre's footprint across Asia, MENA, LatAm, and Europe provides the counterparty with regulated market entry and institutional introductions.

Type 03

Strategic Platform Collaborations

Platform-to-platform arrangements — infrastructure integrations, distribution agreements, and ecosystem partnerships that extend the reach of both parties.

Type 04

Financial & Infrastructure Partnerships

Engagements at the Finance pillar level — banking counterparties, settlement partners, licensed operators, and regulated infrastructure collaborations.

Pathway III
03

For Advisors.

Relationships · Judgment · Aligned Participation

Selected advisors engage with the Group through relationships that combine visibility, participation, and aligned upside.

Advisory engagement is intended for individuals whose relationships, judgment, credibility, and market access contribute meaningfully to the Group's long-term development — across infrastructure, strategic participation, and execution-led growth. The Group prefers a small number of long relationships over a large advisory board.

"The best advisors are not consulted — they are already in the room when the question is being formed."

04

For Clients.

Through Ampyre Collective · Execution-Led Engagement

Specialist execution capability across advisory, growth, brand, technology, and expansion — delivered through Ampyre Collective, the Group's operating platform.

Client engagements are intended for businesses, founders, and strategic partners seeking practical operating support — market entry, commercial growth, brand positioning, digital capability, and cross-border expansion. Ampyre Collective is the same execution layer the Group uses for its own portfolio companies.

Clients engage the Group through the Collective's specialist companies — Ampyre Advisory and its embedded capability teams. Each serves a distinct area of commercial execution.

Written introduction

A short written enquiry to the Founder's Office — who you are, the pathway you are engaging on, and what the intersection is with Ampyre.

Response · 2 working days
ii.

Alignment call

An exploratory conversation to test alignment against the four filters. No NDAs, no decks — just the question of whether the engagement fits.

30 minutes · scheduled
iii.

Structured conversation

If the alignment holds, the conversation becomes structured — introductions to the relevant platform lead, documents exchanged, and terms begin to take shape.

Weeks, not months
iv.

Engagement decision

A clear yes or a clear no — with reasons. The Group does not let conversations drift. Either the engagement begins, or the relationship is kept warm for another context.
